Connecting with Ancestors through the Ancient Skills of the Earth Workshop Series: Tuesday, December 19

Fire ~Ignite your Inner Flame~

During this workshop, we will be connecting with the element of Fire from the perspective of our ancestors. The participants will have a chance to awaken their senses by seeing a friction fire and Hawaiian fire building techniques and tasting local food cooked through ancient cooking techniques. They will have a chance to go wandering through the sacred cloud forest to find fire building materials and make tinder bundles to ignite their passion for building fires like our ancestors. Woven into the daily activities will be storytelling, giving thanks, sit spots, fort and fairy house building, awareness…
